One of the most common questions I get is.... how do you stick to a budget even while buying healthy groceries for your family? Honestly, my top tip when it comes to sticking to a budget while also buying healthy groceries is to make sure you are keeping your eyes open for sales and markdowns!
Case in point, I was at my local grocery store recently, and look at all the amazing markdown prices on organic and grass fed options! Most of these were at least 50% off the regular price! One of my favorite finds was probably the Teton Uncured 100% Grass Fed Beef Kielbasa marked down to ONLY $1.80 - normally $8! That's crazy savings!
My other tip, if you are able to, is to invest in an extra fridge or freezer! That way, you can stock up on items when you find them are their best price and save them for later! In my opinion, it is so worth it in the long run. Be sure to look for a deal on the fridge/freezer too :)
