Make paleo banana muffins, of course! This recipe is SO easy, and if you know me, I am a huge fan of easy, yet delicious (and healthy) recipes! The ingredients are also minimal, and no refined sugar is used in this recipe (AKA paleo friendly!) All of my ingredients are from Sam's Club except for the bananas and eggs (from Whole Foods) in case you're curious!

- 2-3 bananas (ripes ones are preferred)

- 1/4 tsp salt (I used himalayan pink salt, but you can use whatever you have on hand!)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Whisk together your wet ingredients - bananas, almond butter, and egg
- Add your dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon) to your wet ingredients, and mix to combine
- Once combined well, fill silicone muffin cups about 3/4 full
- Bake your muffins for 23-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (times may vary slightly depending on oven)
