I've been there! The ice creams currently on the market just don't have the ideal ingredients that you want to put in your body... most of them have refined sugars. This recipe requires only ONLY THREE ingredients, and it's insanely easy to make!

Here are the ingredients you'll need:

- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 Can of Coconut Cream (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp (or more depending on preference) of Cacao or Cocoa Powder
- At least 24 hours prior to you making the ice cream, put your can of coconut cream in the refrigerator, so the cream solidifies
- Then, 30 minutes before you make the ice cream, let your frozen bananas defrost slightly
- When you're ready to make your ice cream, put your can of coconut cream (only the solid portion), frozen bananas, and cacao powder into a blender or food processor
- Blend until completely smooth. Then, place your ice cream into the freezer for at least 4-5 hours to let your dessert get to the right texture.
- NOTE: Because there are no preservatives or gums in this dessert, you may need to play around a little bit with how long you keep it in the freezer. You may also need to take it out of the freezer a few hours prior to enjoying.
