Every Tuesday, I will be posting one of my favorite treat recipes I have tried recently! Recently, I made these No-Bake Energy Bites! They are so easy to make, and if I can make them, so can you! This recipe was adapted from here, so be sure to check it out!
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 cup dry old-fashioned oatmeal
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
- Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour
- Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like.
- Makes about 20-25 balls. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
