Every Saturday, I will be posting one of my favorite recipes I have made recently! Recently, I made Angel Hair Pasta with Ground Beef - a easy lunch or dinner favorite of ours!
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 16 oz. Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 4 Medium Tomatoes
- 1 Jar of Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Olive Oil
- Basil Spices (optional)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Here's What You'll Need to do:
- Wash the stalk of celery and tomatoes. Chop the celery into small bite-size pieces, and tomatoes into quarters.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully cooked.
- In a large pot, add oil and begin cooking the tomatoes. Once the tomatoes begin to soften, pour in the pasta sauce.
- After 5 minutes, add in the chopped celery and ground beef. Also, add in the 1/4 cup water.
- As the pasta sauce is cooking, bring a medium pot of water to boil to cook the pasta. Follow the instructions listed on the pasta box, and cook to desired texture.
- Allow the pasta sauce to cook for about 15 minutes.
- When the pasta sauce is alsmost done, add in the basil spices if you would like.
- Serve the pasta and add the pasta sauce on top. Sprinkle some grated parmesan on top if you would like. Enjoy!
