1. Download the Target Cartwheel App:
- You can find it by searching 'Cartwheel by Target' in the App Store (for iPhone users) OR in Google Play (for Android Users)
- If you DON'T have a smartphone, don't worry - you can use the Cartwheel app through a desktop computer as well.
- You can sign-in using a Target account, Facebook account, or Google + Account. You can link your current accounts, or if you don't have any of three, just simply create one for use.
- After creating your account, you will receive your own barcode that is unique. No one else will have the same barcode. Every time you add offers, it will be to this barcode.
- Your barcode will NEVER change, and it belongs to you - so keep it safe :)
- If you plan on using Cartwheel with a desktop computer, simply print out your unique barcode after signing-in online, and laminate it to add to a keychain or put in your wallet.
- Adding offers to your personal barcode is simple! New offers are typically released every Sunday, and it also happens to be the first day of the sales. Other times of the week, surprise offers may pop up.
- Everyone gets 50 offer spots - no badges to unlock to earn your offer spots anymore!
- There are percentage offers like 5%, 25% off 50% off - these can be reused
- There are also $ off one-time use digital manufacturer coupons - these CANNOT be reused
- You can stack Cartwheel % Offers with Target store coupons, Manufacturer Coupons, and your RedCard (5% EVERY time you shop!)
- Here's the order of deduction at checkout: Target Coupons, Cartwheel Offers, Manufacturer Coupons, RedCard Discount.
- EXAMPLE: $5 - $1 = $4 X 0.9 = $3.60 - $1 = $2.60 X 0.95 = $2.47
- You CANNOT stack Cartwheel Digital $ off Manufacturer Coupons with other paper manufacturer coupons. However, you can use them with Target Coupons or Percentage Cartwheel Offers
- Simply scan your unique barcode at checkout and all applicable discounts will be automatically given
- Scan your Cartwheel barcode LAST at checkout regardless of the order of deduction
- You can check if there is a Cartwheel offer for a particular item by scanning the item using the built-in scanner in the app OR by searching a keyword
- All applicable offers will show up, and then you can add it to your barcode
- Typically, most Cartwheel offers have a limit of four like items per transaction, and a limit of 6 transactions per day.
- For example, if there is an offer on eggs. You can buy up to 24 dozens of eggs, but you must split it into 6 different transactions of four items each.
- If you're an iPhone user, you can add your Cartwheel barcode to Apple Wallet. This helps in case the connection in the store is poor, and you cannot pull up the app.
- If you're an Android user or desktop user, print out your barcode and laminate it. Then, you can attach it to a keychain or put it in your wallet in case of connection issues.
